Platform Availability
Mincemeat designs platform services around operational visibility, recovery paths, maintenance communication, and clear incident handling. Public service health information is available at servicehealth.mincemeat.id.
Maintenance
Planned maintenance should be communicated through the appropriate customer or service health channels when it may affect service availability.
Support Response
Support response targets depend on the service plan, agreement, and incident severity. Production commitments should be stated in the applicable service agreement.
